You Feel and Act How You Think
Posted on September 4, 2013 by James R. Yarbrough

We must seek for those things that we want to find rarely will they find us. First; though, you must know if you need what you think you want. None of us are perfect but we can do perfect things. What is perfect for one may not be or should be for another. You should not lose your SELF in anything. You cannot think clearly, when you do, because that is not the way it is meant to be. If you want to change how you feel, you must change how you think. We cannot live in the past, so why should we let the past live in us. It is pain you feel. Let what you do speak for you, not what has been done to you. To some degree, this has happened to most of us. It is how we think about the things that we think about. Happiness is where you live, others come to visit, they can bring some with them, but with you is where it must stay.

How you think, is how you will feel, and how you feel is how you will act.

THE BEAT GOES ON

Hoodoo is a form of predominantly African American traditional folk magic. Also known as conjure, it is a rich magical tradition that developed from the merging of a number of separate cultures and magical traditions. Hoodoo incorporates well established practices from African and Native American traditions, as well as some European magical practices and grimoires. It is often used to describe a magic spell or potion that also include conjuration, conjure, witchcraft, or rootwork.
The goal of hoodoo is to allow people access to supernatural forces to improve their daily lives by gaining power in many areas of life, including luck, money, love, divination, revenge, health, employment, and necromancy. As in many other folk religious, magical, and medical practices, extensive use is made of herbs, minerals, parts of animals' bodies, an individual's possessions, and bodily fluids, especially menstrual blood, urine and semen.
